Over the years I have been pleased to work with you receiving your assistance with my varied real estate needs. When I built my current office building you were able to help me fill my rented space with the happy result that the buidling was fully leased upon receipt of our certificate of occupancy. Any landlord knows what a burden vacant space can be on his cash flow.
